Rotor Lead Lag Time

Motion Block

Description

The Rotor Lead Lag Time block, used when tracking mode is active, indicates how long the rotor has been out of position in units of seconds. Torque disturbances may deflect the motor shaft after which it will return to position. However if the rotor remains out of position for an extended period of time this may indicate a problem for some applications. If the rotor returns to nominal position the rotor lead lag time resets to 0.
