Reduction Delay

Command

<axis> RDD <milliseconds>

Description

Current reduction is active when the Reduction Current Setting is less then the Run Current Setting. When the motor comes to a stop the current will reduce. The Current Reduction Delay value indicates how long drive should wait before reducing the current. The parameter is in milliseconds. The current ramps down to prevent a sudden current change that might cause the motor to shift suddenly.

Escapes

The Set Current Reduction Delay command does not generate any escapes.
