User Singles

Command

USL <index>

Description

User Singles can be used to transfer information between the host and resident controller programs. The 100 element array [1..100] of 32 bit singles can be read and written from both sides. Providing a parameter performs a write. Providing just the index but no parameter performs a read. There is no established convention for how the values are used. Generally they provide parameters to resident controller routines and return results back. The size of the array is a constant inside the interpreter package that can be adjusted as required.

Escapes

If the array index is out of bounds a Parameter Out Of Range Escape Code will occcur.
