Description

This error occurs when a reference is made to an axis or IO resource of a neighbor module and there is no response from the neighbor module. The most common reason for this error is the neighbor module not running the neighbor program which is necessary for it to respond. The presence of the neighbor program can be checked by starting the neighbor in isolation. On power on the yellow light should do a double blink and turn off if the neighbor program is present.
