DLL Procedure Not Found Escape Code
Description
This escape occurs when a procedure or function cannot be found in the specified DLL. The external clause allows specifying a DLL and assumes the name of the procedure or function in the DLL is the same as the name of the externally declared procedure. Check to make sure the names are the same.
